MOCK MEDIATION A HUGE SUCCESS

Amanda O’Dea, Co-Chair of the Montgomery County Medical Legal Committee, organized and led a mock mediation seminar at Abington Memorial Hospital. The presentation was a combined effort of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Medical Society to demonstrate the effectiveness of mediation at various stages of litigation. John F. O’Brien, III, fulfilled the role as mediator and Marshall L. Schwartz, Michael O. Pitt, and Carolyn M. Dillon played various roles in the mediation.
