Dorothy Duffy Participates As Panel Member At Ethics Conference

Dorothy Duffy, Esquire participated as a panel member at the Minnesota Lawyers Mutual seminar entitled “2008 Update: Preventing Legal Malpractice Claims and Ethical Complaints in Your Law Practice.” At the conference, the various state rules of conduct and the ABA Model Rules were discussed. The presentation included video vignettes which demonstrated potential problems with ethics and malpractice claims. After reviewing the vignettes with the attendees, the panel members applied the rules of ethics to the fact situations in a discussion format. The conference took place at the Union League in Philadelphia.
