Melissa L. Mazur

Melissa L. Mazur was born and raised in Easton, Pennsylvania. As an undergraduate, Ms. Mazur attended Moravian College, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice. During law school Ms. Mazur completed an externship at the Washtenaw County Public Defenders Office in Ann Arbor, Michigan, working in the felony division, conducting felony and misdemeanor pretrials, sentencings, arraignments, and jail visits. In addition, she has studied abroad in Spain, Australia, and New Zealand.

Prior to joining O’Brien & Ryan, Ms. Mazur worked briefly as a law clerk for Pennsylvania Senator Arlen Specter for the U.S. Senate on the Judiciary in Washington, D.C., providing legal support during judicial nomination hearings.

She currently focuses her practice on Medical Malpractice.
