Marshall L. Schwartz

Mr. Schwartz was born in Charlotte, North Carolina. After graduating from Germantown Academy, he received his B.S. from Elmira College and his J.D. from Widener University School of Law.

Mr. Schwartz has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation including mediation, arbitration and trial. Additionally, Mr. Schwartz has experience in mass tort litigation including orthopedic bone screw, silicone breast implants, and fen-phen. Currently, he is trial counsel in medical malpractice, nursing home, and commercial matters. He has presented lectures to medical students on various aspects of medical malpractice.

Named 2006, 2007, and 2008 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in Philadelphia Magazine.
