Paul E. Peel

Paul E. Peel was born in Dover, Delaware. He concentrates on appellate litigation and the research of complex and novel legal issues in the context of medical negligence actions and commercial litigation. He has successfully represented many professional clients before the Pennsylvania Superior, Commonwealth and Supreme Courts, as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Peel has obtained favorable decisions in cases addressing issues involving informed consent, improper venue and excessive jury awards. Additionally, Mr. Peel successfully defended against the plaintiffs' appeal to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in the first silicone breast implant case to go to trial in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
