Carolyn M. Dillon

Carolyn M. Dillon was born in Fairbanks, Alaska. After graduating from Villanova University, Ms. Dillon received her J.D. from Widener University where she was a Board Member of the Widener Law Symposium Journal. After graduating law school, Ms. Dillon completed a Clerkship with the Honorable Sandra Schultz Newman of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Ms. Dillon has experience in all aspects of litigation including trial, arbitration and mediation. She concentrates her practice in the area of medical malpractice and has defended numerous physicians, group practices and hospitals in medical malpractice cases involving orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, general surgery, oncology, gynecology and obstetrics, and dentistry. She also has experience in litigating workers' compensation and general liability cases.

Ms. Dillon serves as an arbitrator in Montgomery County. She has lectured on the developments in medical malpractice and the impact of the MCare Act. She is also actively involved in updating and revising the Code of Ethics with the Montgomery County Medical Legal Committee.

Named a 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010 Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine.
