Anthony P. DeMichele

Anthony P. DeMichele was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His practice consists of general litigation, representing both businesses and individuals, with a particular concentration on commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance coverage disputes, tax assessment matters and securities arbitrations. As part of his practice in these areas, he has represented clients in disputes involving building and construction contracts, employment contracts, real estate contracts, restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements, and a wide array of business torts. Anthony also reviews and negotiates contracts and agreements for businesses, individuals, and professionals in areas such as healthcare, real estate and construction.

In addition to his work at O’Brien & Ryan, Anthony serves as an arbitrator in Montgomery County. Since 2006, Anthony has served as the attorney advisor for Harriton High School's mock trial team, which participates in the Pennsylvania statewide high school mock trial competition. The mock trial competition is sponsored by the Young Lawyers Division of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Before joining O’Brien & Ryan, Anthony was an attorney with Fox Rothschild, LLP in its litigation department. Anthony also worked as an intern for the Honorable Richard J. Hodgson in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. Anthony received his law degree from Rutgers University School of Law at Camden in 2001, where he was Top Oralist and Octo-Finalist for the Hunter Advanced Moot Court. He was also a member of the Hunter Advanced Moot Court Board. He was the recipient of The Center for Forensic Economic Studies Excellence in Litigation Award. Anthony received his B.A. in Political Science from Ursinus College in 1993.
